The Manx Heart Foundation is delighted to thank the Cronk y Voddy Ploughing Society for their generous donation of £2,000 in support of heart health on the Isle of Man.
Donations such as this play a vital role in enabling the Foundation to support a wide range of projects that directly benefit patients, families, and healthcare professionals across the Island. Funding from the community helps ensure that cardiac care continues to develop and improve locally.
The Manx Heart Foundation supports a number of important initiatives, including:
the purchase of specialist cardiac equipment for use at Noble’s Hospital
the provision of public access defibrillators around the Island
comfort items for patients receiving cardiac care
the training and development of specialist cardiac nurses, helping to strengthen local expertise and improve patient outcomes
ongoing support for cardiac rehabilitation programmes
As a volunteer-led charity, the Foundation relies on the generosity of individuals, groups, and organisations within the community. Support from organisations such as the Cronk y Voddy Ploughing Society makes a meaningful difference and helps ensure that vital services can continue.
We are extremely grateful for this donation and for the continued support shown to the Manx Heart Foundation and the people we serve.
