Manx Fell Runners raise £2,000 in memory of Phil Motley

The Manx Heart Foundation would like to extend a huge thank you to the Manx Fell Runners for their generous donation in memory of Phil Motley.

Phil sadly passed away last year. In his honour, the club donated £2,000 r

aised at the St John’s Fell Race held on New Year’s Day.

We also received an additional £500 from Lloyds Bank Isle of Man. This came following a nomination from a bank staff member who had been inspired by helping out at the St John’s race.

Our thanks go to the Motley family for proposing the donation and to everyone involved in the race and to Lloyds Bank for their generosity.

We are incredibly grateful to Phil's family and everyone involved for supporting our work. All donations received by Manx Heart Foundation support the Hearts of Mann here on the Island.
